our Mistake don't trust them We bought a vehicle at Chapmans but missed almost $2000 in charges that were added to our invoice. We were not told about them ahead of time either. Once I called the dealership about them, I was told it was too late to do any thing about them and that's how they make up their margin on the sale. Be aware of your paperwork. More

Worked us in for a complicated repair under warranty The day before we were planning to go out of town, we noticed an oil leak with our Chrysler Town & country Van. The issue was covered under our drive The day before we were planning to go out of town, we noticed an oil leak with our Chrysler Town & country Van. The issue was covered under our drive train warranty, so wanted the dealer to complete the repair. These folks worked us in on a busy day and completed the warranty repair in time for us to have our vehicle the next day! Very helpful and our repair has held up well this past month! Thank you! More
