His service team pulled up the carpet AND my dash after installing a security system that i was forced to buy with my conract. After several phone calls and emails i brought it back in and a service team member said he didnt know what they could do for me. :( After speaking with the service manager several times they said they would fix it. When i picked it up they pushed the wires back in but left the carpet pulled up in several MORE places and did not fix the dash. They did not check the work and i dont think the manager cared to make sure i was happy the 2ND time around. I never received an apology or good servive from RJ his service members or his department. The rest of my buying experience was exceptional the sales team and Nick. More

DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE FOR SERVICE!!!! I made an appointment for an oil change for my 2017 Ram 1500 with 38k miles. My appointment was with Darrell Warren, but when I arrived, he seemed u I made an appointment for an oil change for my 2017 Ram 1500 with 38k miles. My appointment was with Darrell Warren, but when I arrived, he seemed unaware of my appointment and was anxious to push me off on to another individual, Lucas Schwartz. This left me with the impression that he was too busy to be bothered with me. My appointment for the oil change was at 3:30pm. About an hour later I received a text from Lucas with a report attached that stated that an express de-carb treatment was needed and that it required immediate attention. The report even had a photograph of a removed head with an arrow pointing to the carbon buildup. The cost of the treatment was $289, which seemed expensive, but as I had no reason to doubt them, I reluctantly approved the work. When the work was completed, I asked Lucas what the recommended service interval was for the de-carb treatment; he was unsure, but thought it was 36k miles. He also added that he liked to have it performed annually. ANNUALLY!?!?! At that point I became suspicious and realized that I had probably just been fleeced! After I got home I sought the advice of my older brother, a retired Chrysler corporate employee of 30 years as a Test Driver/Mechanic. The first thing he noticed was that the head in the photograph was not from my truck. He said it would have taken them approximately 6 hours to remove the head, I was at the dealership approximately 2.5 hours. It was his opinion that this was a Rip Off! He also stated that the express decab treatment was NOT IN THE RECOMMENDED SERVICE SCHEDULE. I am not finished with this unethical, lying dealership! More

Salesman failed to keep appointment On Wednesday, the 24th of July, I made an appointment to preview a Trackhawk and Challenger Redeye with Mr. Andrew Stephens for Thursday at 4:30-5 PM. On Wednesday, the 24th of July, I made an appointment to preview a Trackhawk and Challenger Redeye with Mr. Andrew Stephens for Thursday at 4:30-5 PM. I arrived at the dealership at exactly 4:30 from my home in Fountain Hills. Four employees asked if they could help me and I informed them that I had an appointment with Mr. Stephens at 4:30 and would they please advise him that I had arrived. After 7 minutes I was informed that Mr. Stephens was not on the premises and could someone else help me. I said no my appointment was with Mr. Stephens and that if this was a sample of the professionalism of Chapman Dodge I had no intention of doing business with then. When I arrived home I expected to have an email from Mr. Stephens apologizing for blowing the appointment. I suspect that I will waiting a long time for that apology. Fortunately for me there are several other dealers in the area but I will certainly not be making any more appointments. I will just drop in when I am in their area. And I certainly WILL NOT be buying a vehicle from these people. Michael Newton More

I left a dslr canon tsi camera under my passenger seat and figured since they were doing engine work it would be fine in there since they had no business inside the vehicle much less under my passenger seat. When we received my vehicle back after a month the vehicle was tossed inside and my camera is gone. Tried to get information on why it would no longer be in there since they had no business inside the vehicle other to start it up. They flat out said they were not responsible for it nor were they doing anything about it either stating they have a sign in their lobby saying they aren’t responsible for personal property. Mind you I have never stepped foot in their facility so I have never seen said sign. Being a business person myself I pride myself in honest work and value my clients and their belongings as it’s not mine to touch. If they did happen to find my camera the workers should have taken it to the service manager where it should have been locked up and I should have received a call informing me they have it and to go pick it up so nothing happens to it. But this dealership doesn’t do that and is ok with one of their workers somewhere stealing customers belongings. Message to the owner of the dealership THIS IS NOT OK and you should find out who did take it and make it right. We checked everywhere in our home to make sure it wasn’t here and maybe we could have been mistaken but I know for a fact it was in there under my passenger seat. I can’t get back my photos I had of my children and the memories I captured. So thanks appreciate the lack of help and the poor service about this you all have. More

The Jeep had 3 recalls so Mike and Eric in service took care of everything. I was provided a rental car at no cost also.
