Part Replacement We are from Idaho and this was our first visit to Yuma. Unfortunately, we had truck problems and had to have a TipM replaced. JR did a computer analysis which confirmed that we did indeed need a new TipM the last thing on a Friday afternoon. He located the part in Texas and placed the order which arrived on Monday. He was able to get us in Tuesday morning to have part installed and had us on our way by noon. He was very helpful and met our needs for getting back to Idaho. More

Don't Do It! I bought a 2015 Dodge Dart. The salesman...Victor Martinez said this model would get epa estimated 41 mpg. But it doesn't. You see The only Dodge Dart I bought a 2015 Dodge Dart. The salesman...Victor Martinez said this model would get epa estimated 41 mpg. But it doesn't. You see The only Dodge Dart able to get 41 mpg is the AERO. Clever trick Victor...selling me the wrong car! You sold me a car you've never even seen before! This is significant to me because I drive 168 miles per day. When I went in that was my foremost crteria. But alas, hoodwinked by the Fishers. Oh, also lifetime oil change included. Lifetime is right 2.75 hours to change the oil in the Dodge Dart at the Fisher Dodge Dealership. More

On Black Friday, I returned to look at crew cab dodges and got a price quote. When I took it home, my husband, who had been looking out of town, had an add for the Dodge 1500 Big Horn edition. I called Alberto Vasquez, told him about the ad and returned to Fisher Dodge to show it to him and Kevin Nakasawa. After reviewing the ad, Fisher Dodge matched the price. Alberto and Kevin then worked to get us every discount that we were entitled to. I was amazed because we had some negative experiences with other dealers in Yuma on recent vehicle purchases.
