I went to Fisher Dodge with the intent of test driving a new 2013 Ram and purchasing one if the numbers. I was looking for a regular cab 4x4 (if you live in Yuma, AZ you may know how hard it is to find a r new 2013 Ram and purchasing one if the numbers. I was looking for a regular cab 4x4 (if you live in Yuma, AZ you may know how hard it is to find a regular cab truck here). They had two set up how I want on the lot. I aksed for JUAN VILLEGAS, as I have purchased two vehicles from him before and was very satisfied both times, but he had been moved to the Chevy dealer. Another salesman contated him to let him know I was asking for him and five minutes later he was there on the lot ready to take care of me. The deal went well, I did not have to play a bunch of games to get the numbers where I wanted; I was up front with them and in return they were up front with me. Unlike another dealer in Yuma, there was no attempt to keep my wife and I trapped in some corner office, or hiding of the keys to my trade to strong arm me into buying at the price they wanted. When it came to financing, I told the individual in the finance department what banks I preferred to bank with and he pushed to have my vehicle financed with the bank I preferred the most. The truck was then cleaned up and delivered to me in a timely manner. Juan noticed that the front plate was not on and remembered from my past purchases that it is important to me and immediately had the truck taken to the service department so that it could be installed. Now that is service. I would reccomend JUAN VILLEGAS to anyone. More
