As a person who trains others in Customer Service, I know when someone goes above and beyond, and this is a great example. Unfortunately if I could give this place no stars that's what it would have. I had to by a new car after mine broke down on my long journey from TX to California with my husband who is military, and that's what it would have. I had to by a new car after mine broke down on my long journey from TX to California with my husband who is military, and our young son. Not only did they not listen... they got my address wrong, when I fixed it on the contract they still sent it to my lien holder wrong, and sent my information for my tags to the non-existent address. After all that, and trying to get it fixed.... they had no idea what the laws were for which state I could legally register and tag my car in... How do you know this yet you sell cars daily? THEN... my brand new car which had less than 2500 miles on it at this point, and hadn't even made the first payment it breaks down. It is in the shop for two weeks before I get told it is the biggest draw on a battery to this day that they have ever seen (at another dodge dealership in CA). I called several times to speak with the GM.... he either never works.... or just doesn't care. Neither do the employees there. I am also assuming NONE of them told him that calling me to diffuse the situation would maybe help??? It was my first time to by a car.... it should have been like my birthday, and Christmas rolled into one.... it was by far the worst experience I've ever had! If you can buy a car in AZ pick any other place that doesn't have the name Fisher in it.... or isn't owned by the person who owns this one. They quite simply don't care. What a way to treat a four time war veteran guys..... More
I have to give Ignacio Padilla a 10 Star on his customer treatment. I went in with my wife and daughter. We were just seeing if we could get approved on a car. He was referred to us by our daughter and that treatment. I went in with my wife and daughter. We were just seeing if we could get approved on a car. He was referred to us by our daughter and that is why we decided to give him a chance, she mentioned that he is working for the Internet and would try his best to get us into a car. When we arrived he was waiting for us there already. He was very professional, courteous, and I felt that I was being treated as family. He showed me some cars, was very positive, smiling, active, and seemed knowledgeable to what he would tell me. He answered all of our questions, I did not feel pressured into purchasing a car, a rare experience if I have to say so myself. In the past I did feel pressured and I have not bought due to that. Ignacio was able to get us approved on a car, I know I do not have the best score, and I really believe that they try their best to get people approved. I decided on a used car and went for a Used Malibu. I am very happy with my purchase, comfortable with my payment, and WOULD DEFINETLY RECOMEND FISHER AUTOMOTIVE TO ANYONE On their next Vehicle purchase! Ignacio was a different experience than before, I am glad I was referred to him. I will certainly purchase my next vehicle here! More
On September 3, 2013 Mr. Ivan Lardin drove my 2005 Acura TSX from my wife's office to his dealership to have it appraised. Mr. Tommy Rodriguez drove my vehicle without a problem and appraised it. Mr Lardin TSX from my wife's office to his dealership to have it appraised. Mr. Tommy Rodriguez drove my vehicle without a problem and appraised it. Mr Lardin then proceeded to return my car back to its original location. After Mr. Lardin delivered the vehicle it left my wife stranded. I notified Mr. Lardin by phone the same day about this incident and informed him that my car was in perfect running condition before he took it and was returned with the clutch burned out. After three days of no response from Mr Lardin I called and informed Mr Victor Cerda about the incident and he referred to Mr. Tommy Rodriguez who is Mr Lardins Manger. I informed Mr. Tommy Rodriguez of what had occurred and his response was that my car had high mileage and that's what happens to cars that have alot of miles. Mr. Tommy Rodriguez unwillingness to take partial or full responsibility for this incident reflected the professionalism of this dealership. It is upsetting that at my own hometown dealership, with a supposed reputable staff has let my family down. I work hard for my money, I served in the U.S. Marines serving this country in order for you... Fisher Jeep... to let me down not just myself, but my wife who you left stranded, and my kids who were late to school. Enough said, Disappointed .. I will have to do business in Phoenix. More

He was accommodating, and showed an interest of my concerns. Mr. Valenzuela is an awesome salesman. I could tell within the first minute he enjoyed what he does. And it showed as the process for me to get the vehicle I wanted. I would recommend Mr. Valenzuela to all my friends. Great Job. Thanks...... More
