I have visited this store 3 times and 3 times a very poor impression. There is no oversight. I want to drive a jeep. I work in a large environment and we have a countdown at work when my Jeep will be ready as a few of the group just gave up on jeeps and traded theirs in for other vehicles. Save yourself the agony. On a routine service I was charged $190.00 for swollen lug nuts when they rotated my tires, and left something dragging under my car that a salesman ran out to indicate to me. Next, when I brought my Jeep in for sparkplug arch to coil burn, or visa versa 3 1/2 weeks It sat in there in a sea of more than 200 cars as explained to me by Ken lest I believe I am a priority, the service staff unable or unwilling to work with the warranty allowed to the car to sit there and was OK with that. My daily reminder messages that I was in a rental car accumulating costs was of no concern to tune of $1800.00 was of the least concern to Jeep service. Now I am informed after 3 weeks of coaxing and cajoling and Jeep service decides to take action and repair, they found that they need parts! So no we wait from Monday to Saturday for parts and what Jeep deemed a completed repair and service. Today Is Friday my car will no remote start and my drive is at a slight incline and the car when not start up right away..sounds like it is out of gas. Also, the second time I took my car back they advised I need new tires...however, about 300 miles back they rotated my tires and that was not an issue then? Please be careful. More
