Dear Kathleen, At Chapman Chrysler Jeep our goal is to work with each customer to reach a deal that works for both the client and our dealership. We are respectful of each customer’s budget and needs. However, there are some aspects of a deal that cannot be negotiated. In your case you asked for invoice minus holdback and transportation fees to be waived. Unfortunately that does not lead to a fair deal on our end. Likewise for the amount you were asking for on your trade-in ($2,000 over market value). Our dealership strives to provide an agreeable deal for both parties involved, however, in this particular instance we were unable to meet your expectations and for that I apologize.
