We always try to accommodate all of your needs at the time of purchase and unfortunately we could not locate the exact color & equipment as the vehicle you originally test drove, within the pricing parameters you had. We apologize that all of this was not as clear as it should have been. I believe you have since received your floor mats, but if not I will get those for you immediately. Chapman Chrysler Jeep puts all pre-owned vehicles thru a thorough reconditioning process to ensure safety & standard on the vehicles we sell. As shown in our printed disclaimer, “All vehicle prices do not include tax, title, license, lifts, tires, prep, recon, or any other dealer options added to the vehicle.” Each reconditioning fee varies depending on what is needed during this safety check. I am unsure if you actually purchased a vehicle from us or was just shopping. We always provide the amount of keys we obtained on pre-owned vehicles from the previous owner. It is our policy to also keep the accessories such as floor mats in the vehicle if they came with the car.
