A "Memo"rable Time Had to get both my Chrysler 200's in for oil changes. When I pulled up the service guy greeted me with the "Memo"rable line. I thought it was so cool Had to get both my Chrysler 200's in for oil changes. When I pulled up the service guy greeted me with the "Memo"rable line. Under Promise & Over Deliver A/C Repair The Service Department rocks!!!! So my A/C goes out on my 14 Chrysler 300 C 3 weeks after my warranty expires and still 5,000 miles under the 36,000 m The Service Department rocks!!!! So my A/C goes out on my 14 Chrysler 300 C 3 weeks after my warranty expires and still 5,000 miles under the 36,000 miles but over on time. So I take it to the shop praying it just needs to be recharged, nope it needs $2,400.00 in repairs and the extended warranty I just purchased doesn't kick in for 30 Days and won't cover anything that was bad before or during the 30 days and the Factory Warranty is out. I went and spoke with the service writer Memo and he directed me to the Shop foreman to see if they could help me in anyway. The shop foreman Kurt tells me he will speak with Virgil the Service Manager and have him call Chrysler and see what they can do for me, at this point I'm thinking there goes my vacation money. The Service Manager calls me the next day and ask me if I would be ok if he can get them to pay the Labor and I buy the parts, the parts were less than $500 and I tell him absolutely. I have now saved about $2,000 and my Vacation is back on, so they schedule an appointment to get the work done which would be after the weekend. So when I show up Virgil approaches me and says Mr Moore can you pay $139 Plus Tax and I'm thinking on top of the $500, I say yes and prepare to pay $639 Plus Tax. I leave the vehicle on Monday thinking it would be done on Thursday or Friday which I get a call Tuesday evening right before they close to tell me my vehicle would be ready the next morning to pick up. So I arrive the next day and they had me my bill that I have mentally already paid the over $700 and I look down and my Total is $150.20 which I gladly paid. I can't thank these guys enough for going to the extra mile when it was just as easy to tell me sorry your warranty has expired and a lot of dealers or shops in general would have. In and out. I was in and out of the dealership in two and a half hours. And for anyone who has ever spent 8 hours in a dealership, you know how annoying it is to I was in and out of the dealership in two and a half hours. And for anyone who has ever spent 8 hours in a dealership, you know how annoying it is to be pulled around 100 different ways with no end result. My guys did a great job. End of story.
