Mr. Hathaway has always been accommodating and helpful since I have met him. He will do everything he can to work with me when service is needed. Had my vehicle almost 3 weeks and took them 3 times to get my steering wheel straight after refusing to align the front end after a major repair. Had to threaten corporate and lawyer to get them to cover get my steering wheel straight after refusing to align the front end after a major repair. Had to threaten corporate and lawyer to get them to cover the rental I had to pay for. Service manager and general manager refused to answer calls ans reply to emails. Very disappointed with service department and would be hesitant to use them again More
