Had it not been late at night and the start of a 90 minute drive home, I would have returned to the dealership. Then a piece of trim on the roof that was not installed properly got ripped off. I called the dealership and they refused to stand behind their product and fix either item. I was shocked at their response. I will not return to a dealership that only cares about making the sale and not standing behind their product after the sale. More

Also, sometimes my family needed a little time to discuss or translate some information in our other language, and Mr. Robert was very patient in giving us time to get everyone up to speed. The establishment was very professional and clean, and the location lends itself well to a good test drive. If you're in the market for a new car, definitely come give this place a visit. More
About a month ago I went to Chapman had all the brakes and rotors replaced. I noticed immediately after the first time it rained the rotors would get really rusty, not the area where the pads sit on but t and rotors replaced. I noticed immediately after the first time it rained the rotors would get really rusty, not the area where the pads sit on but the rest of the rotor and it looks bad. Because I take pride in my cars appearance I went back and complained because this never happened with original rotors. John (the service manager) told me they use a cheaper type of metal now. I think it’s unacceptable to sell car parts that rust whenever water touches them especially when you trust the dealership to sell you quality parts. She let me drive the vehicle by myself and let me spend time looking it over before we started discussing numbers and there was no pressure to buy, ever. This was my first time buying a vehicle from Chapman Chevy and I would definitely recommend them to anyone.
