Don, I’m sorry you feel that way. Just because a car has had an accident doesn’t make it a bad car, we sell many cars with prior damage (as long as they pass our safety check) and disclose them to our guests. It’s our policy to provide every Used Car Buyer with a copy of the Carfax (and they sign them at the time of purchase). Sometimes we miss them, but I would love to check and see if we have one in your deal file. We looked up all the 2015 i3’s and haven’t found a deal with the name “Don” in the last 2 years. Our waiver you sign is pretty much industry standard that if you have an issue we will try and resolve the issue through mediation rather than lawsuits. After driving home to Tucson from Chapman BMW Chandler with my new "used" car, I was disappointed to find a 7" long scratch and dent that had been well hidden in the reflecting sun. When I called Chapman and told Steve about the dent, I was told that they couldn't believe it was there when I drove off the lot. Funny thing was I didn't even stop for gas. Freeway all the way home. Hmmmmmm!!!!???? He said they would get back to me about the dent and maybe they could fix it for a reduced price. Don't think I will take an offer of a "reduced price" at $175/hour labor. Haven't heard back anyway.
