Chapman BMW Chandler sold me a 2015 i3 that had been in a front end collision and did not provide me with any accident information at the time of the purchase. I was told this car had a clean carfax. No place in my paper work was I informed about this car being involved in an accident I also think it is wrong to have any used car customers sign a waver saying you will not sue the dealer after the purchase for any reason. I will not do business with this BMW location again More

From the moment he picked up the phone to answer our initial questions to the final handing over the keys he was the most gracious, humble and kind human being. He reminded me of family. Because we were buying a used car, we felt we may have some wiggle room on the price. Their offer was reasonable and even took a few hundred off the final deal. We were concerned about buying a car and going to a dealership during Covid-19; however, masks were donned, new pens offered, and hand sanitizer was aplenty. We would recommend Steve Berg to anyone wanting to buy a BMW or used car from Chapman BMW Chandler. More
Attempted to shop through email with John Wayne. The only offer I was given was $500 off MSRP, they marked up the money factor and pocketed the dealer incentive. I get it, it’s sales, so I let him know $500 offer I was given was $500 off MSRP, they marked up the money factor and pocketed the dealer incentive. I get it, it’s sales, so I let him know $500 off full sticker is just ridiculous and also pointed out I could tell they were marking up the money factor. I was ignored at this point and then received a follow up from John Wayne asking how he could help. Huh? I explained I was waiting on a deal I couldn’t refuse and he simply replied, “I gave you my best offer and you said no. What else is there to do?” $500 off FULL STICKER is NOT the best deal you can offer. That’s just some BS you’re feeding me because you don’t want to work with an informed buyer. More

I went in for a recall that my BWM had . Nothing Else was suppose to be done, when I went to pick up my car, on my way home my car turned off on me and was left stranded. Worst Car Dealership Experience of my life I wish you could rate somewhere with 0 stars. I have done my fair share of car buying and I cannot express enough how awful this experience was. I went to Chapman with my truck to trade in for a 2014 X1. Prior to going I did all my homework. I knew how much the car was worth and how much my truck was worth. I brought with me all the paperwork showing the truck was up to date on all services, Brand new breaks, All engine repairs, and things of that nature. When Ron came back with my first offer he said 9600 dollars. I said there must be some mistake so we did the Kelly Blue Book value together right there on his computer. After we did that correctly the computer showed my truck's FAIR trade in value was 16,700 dollars. He seemed to realize how much they had low balled me and said let me talk to the manager. He comes back with an offer of 11,500 dollars. I asked him why they were still low balling me and he feed me a line about re sale to which i showed him how much he could sell the truck for. The value of the truck to sell at his dealership is any where from 20,000 to 25,000 dollars. I also had trucks similar to mine for sale in the same area for sale at that price. He said " I don't know what to tell you my manager said thats it" On my way out I asked "if i showed you how much my truck is worth and how much you could sell it for why would you offer me such a disgustingly low amount. His answer is the absolute kicker. Ron says " Yeah we're a big company thats just how we do things." I was SHOCKED! SO you mean to tell me you do not give a crap about customer satisfaction so much that you will tell a customer to his face we don't need to offer you a fair trade because we are a big company. I for one will make sure none of my friends or family get disrespected by going there for business and I hope this review helps some of you choose a better dealership Then chapman BMW More
