I have purchased 2 cars from Chapman BMW while working with Rich Hoferichter. He is honest, hard working and dependable. He is always willing to go the extra mile. As a recent example, I had a problem with my Sirius satellite radio account 4 months after the purchase of my vehicle. I emailed Rich asking for help and within 30 minutes, he had spent nearly an HOUR on the phone with Sirius fixing my account on his own time. Service and customer loyalty like that are not easy to find. I would recommend this dealership, and especially Rich Hoferichter, without hesitation! More

I am in retail sales, and I have to say that my partner and I had the best time dealing with Ryan on this lease. The 5 hours went by with little effort, and we left knowing that we had been taken care of b and I had the best time dealing with Ryan on this lease. This was my third NEW BMW puchase/lease from this BMW dealership and there are many reasons why. First, Rich Hofrichter has always made a stressful thing (buying a car) fun and promising and is the only dealership and there are many reasons why. I have always asked for the impossible and he continues to deliver efficiently and in a timely manner, with a smile on his face. He is much appreciated and it is clear why he has such a strong, loyal clientele. Second, Matthew Trader is my service advisor going on 6 years now and I hope to stick with him for as long as he is in the business. He has taken extremely good care of me and my car and I believe he is one of the biggest reasons I continue to get a BMW. He has taken car maintanence/service to a whole other level. I was lucky to work with Jim in finance this time and all I can say is that he was a lifesavor. If not for him and his strong reputation, I don't know if this deal would've been able to go through. I appreciate all of the employees I have encountered at Chapman BMW Chandler. I believe this staff (even the people I've just met once)is the reason I stick with BMW and recommend it to my family, clients, and friends. More

We have dealt with Chapman BMW for the past 9 years and would not purchase a BMW from anyone else. We live in Vegas, yet travel to Arizona to purchase our cars. In the past nine years we have owned approximately 8 BMW's. We go there because of the service, the knowledge of the sales people and the outstanding customer relations. They value you as a person first and then as a customer. You never feel pressured and any questions you have are answered honestly. I recall the first time I went to the dealership. I was in Phoenix on business and wanted information and a brochure to take home to my husband. I walked in and Rich Hoferichter took the time to speak with me making me feel like a valued customer, even though he knew right from the start I was not ready to buy. I told him my husband would be calling him, he took all the information and when my husband called he knew exactly who he was and over the phone, the deal was made. This was so different then the treatment I received when I walked into a Porche dealership looking for information and was looked up one side and down the other, told they had none and sent on my way. I guess they assumed because I had on my Harley outfit I couldn't afford the vehicle. This is definitely not the treatment or attitude you receive at Chapman. It's because of that and numerous other reasons that I would highly recommend Chapman BMW. More

The initial salesperson was engaging, courteous and genuinely warm. He was new to BMW but was a knowledgeable automobile salesman. This man invited me into the BMW world and referred me to his mentor, who proceeded to diagnose my family's needs and desires. Then, he was able to recommend an appropriate vehicle in the BMW family. We came to the BMW lot with no intention what-so-ever of purchasing one of your vehicles. We had test driven several of your vehicles back in 2007 and did not like the racer like handling nor the feel of the road. So, we completely dismissed your cars due to our bias and ignorance of BMW changes in ride philosophy. Your salespeople went to bat for me in ways that defy the norm in today's Dog-eat-Dog world. I assumed that the sale was the most important thing to them at the time. You cannot imagine my embarrassment after just three days of owning the ultimate driving machine. Our eyes have been opened to engineering that; we continue to marvel at the ingenuity, simplicity and down-right necessity. We are like children, who have been given their first mathematics lesson and realize the cave they have just emerged from within. We have been liberated from owning a car to the exquisite ownership of German technical ideology in a vehicular machine This is a pinnacle of fine automobiles and we only have the 325i. We are totally satisfied. Bravo! To your Automobiles, you have gained new fans and Thank You for your selection of these fine salespeople, in them we have made lifelong friends. Service department found over 4000.00 of repairs needed to my X5. I was just in before the warranty expired for them to check it over, they found NO problems. 7,000 miles later they found eight, these pr to my X5. I was just in before the warranty expired for them to check it over, they found NO problems. 7,000 miles later they found eight, these problems were there long before the warranty expired but they chose not to fix them or tell me about them. They now will not do anything about it. I was told by one of their employees that while a car is under warranty, they are not to fix any problem or bring it to the customers attention. They will only warranty what the customer is complaining about. This is unethical. More
