Jeff was extremely friendly and knowledgable. He took as long as we needed and explained every button in my "new to me" car. The purchase process was quick and, dare I say, FUN! Our intent was to make an appointment for our leased BMW. We have had great repair and maintenance service compared to Escondido. We came to your Dealership after a visit to BMW No. Scottsdale (where we had 5 transactions in the last 4 years). We were unhappy with the attitude and lack of information and interest from the salespe Scottsdale (where we had 5 transactions in the last 4 years). We were unhappy with the attitude and lack of information and interest from the salesperson in answering our questions. Basically we were dismissed. We left with the thought "never again". On our way home we decided to give Chapman a try (you service both our cars) and to just "look" at the options available to us at the end of our 2007 X5 lease. After spending some time with J.J. and having him explain programs (not done by the other Dealer) and availability (we were told there were very few 2010's available by the other Dealer),we decided to turn in our vehicle and BUY a new car with J.J. He is extremely professional, knows his product line and is a pleasure to do business with. We are thinking about trading in our other BMW and doing this again with you guys! Cars are cars-some are good-some come from the factory-not so good. It's the people who make the business work. J.J. Garcia is a valuable employee and he has our business! More
We had only planned on test driving the 535i, but the salesman was so convincing and helpful that we made the deal. He made us feel like we were getting a good deal and the car was fantastic. The dealership is close by and the facilities and service departments look great. The finance rate was low so that helped the payments to stay reasonable. I guess that says it all. More
KARL, Megan and Vincent, they are very helpfull and fair; that reason why I rate they are great. I really enjoyed my experience at Chapman BMW. Everyone was very friendly and was willing to work with me and did everything possible to give me what I asked for, without being pushy or overbearing. Terres was an excellent salesperson; she was also very, very friendly, energetic and did everything she could think of to exceed my expectations and give me what I wanted. I am very glad I purchased the vehicle that I did. The price of the vehicle was higher than what I wanted to pay, but the vehicle is worth the price based on what it provides. Thanks! More
Terres was great! Great attitude! Very positive! She was straight forward and "whitepapered" the value of purchasing a BMW as opposed to other car manufacturers and specifically her dealership. The other dealership/salesperson lost the sale within 3 minutes of sitting down to discuss price. More

The cars were to be delivered to your auto mall location and the meeting was to be between 9 and 9:30. We drove up from Tucson only to find he was not there nor were the cars. Your staff was very good about trying to help us and locate both cars and Mr. Ferranra. Don King stepped in and really saved the deal. We ended up purchasing the SLK due to him. Had it not been for his wonderful salesmanship, we would have left. Our rating reflects both of the experiences. We are very pleased with the car and with our dealing wiht Mr. King, but disappointed with Mr. Ferranra and his followthrough concening this transaction. Sincerly, Bette and Steve Ray More
