Jeff spent a lot of time with us on the lot explaining the vehicle and all it's features. He was particulary interested in making sure the car we were buying "fit" us. He said this many times. He gave us wonderful value on our trade ins. He and your finance staff stayed to about 10pm at night to finish "the deal"!
