1. Let me start by saying we customers can attempt to grind for the lowerst price but everybody has to make a living and I want the dealer to be around for repairs. 2. I marked the price as Good rather than Great because I found a 335i in MA with the same options except one. Taking the lack of that option into consideration their price was approx. $500 less than the Chapman price. Obviously I was not going to go to MA to buy a car and that is extremely far from your market area so it really a mute point. I gave the advertisement to Chad. 3. More important than above is the Navigation map. I personally feel that you should upgrade the Navigation to the latest version of the map when you sell the car. It could be used as a selling point. "We upgrade all Nav maps to the latest version saving you the cost of an upgrade which at the present time is $225 (or whatever it costs.)" 4. Chad did a fantastic job. He gave us a good price by e-mail, was quick to respond, answered all of our questions, demonstrated the car to us and never seemend to be in a rush. He also didn't go back and forth between the sales manager and his desk and let us sit for 10 ir 15 minutes while he was gone. 5. I asked Chad to tell Megan to not push us for things we do not want. Apparently he did so. Megan asked us if she could explain certain things more fully. In some cases we said yes and she kept it short and to the point. In other instances we said no and she pushed ever-so-slightly, as she should, and when we again said we were not interested she dropped it. A really great sales approach for us. We have spent what felt like hours in the finance dept. In one case, my wife and I left the dealership it took so long. At the Power Toyota dealership up the street from you across from Costco, they lied about the interst rate. We found out later that they were lying and I called and spoke to their GM. He called me back with a much better rate from Toyota Finance. We will never buy a car from a Power dealer because of that. More
The sales staff was extremely helpful. I wasn't sure what we could afford or which way we wanted to go. ie: purchase new or used or lease. Jim was awsome! I just really like the fact that mitch was so helpfull and nice i had gone to 3 other dealers and didnt even bother to have them tell me the numbers because as soon as we walk they where not interested on and nice i had gone to 3 other dealers and didnt even bother to have them tell me the numbers because as soon as we walk they where not interested on us and they had not one customer. At chapman they where very business but they were so pilite in letting us know that someone would be with us soon then mitch came out and did a wonderfull job thank you. More
Great service. Jeff Orenstein was outstanding. He exuded confidence in his knowledge (and love) of BMW's. This is my second vehicle from Chapman. Like the first time, it was an atypical car buying experience; meaning it was no pressure, pleasant, quick, and a high class experience. i have previously purchased all my cars from a competitor bmw store, but a friend of mine kept telling me to see this guy Jeff "JC". He purchased his car from JC and mentioned that the service was superior a bmw store, but a friend of mine kept telling me to see this guy Jeff "JC". He purchased his car from JC and mentioned that the service was superior and always had his calls returned promptly with any questions my friend had, even after the sale. Curiousity got the best of me so i had to find out what this "JC" was about. And to my surprise, I purchased my first BMW from Chapman. Even throughout the negotiations, it was a pleasant experience. would definitly recommend Jeff "JC" to all my friends and family. Thanks Chapman. My new home to buy my BMWs More
