2020 bought a Sonic 2018 from sales person Andre Simms gave 4K down and in 6 months my daughters car broke down the BMW Loan is horrible they offered no warranty then my daughter went back they told her t gave 4K down and in 6 months my daughters car broke down the BMW Loan is horrible they offered no warranty then my daughter went back they told her they were would place the car in her name they had to add me to the loan they lied gave another $500 down and they gave my poor daughter an older 2012 80,000 miles his the check engine light comes on they won’t trade in the car or refinance. They are the worst don’t buy from them their cars are no good and the sales department are liars wasted 4K for an old car I will report this to the better business bureau. Beware of this dealership they are not reputable .Suely More
I have had issues with lack of customer service in the past, however Mike and the service techs were awesome and friendly! If I could give this dealership no stars I would. For starters my sales person terrick lied about complementary oil changes, didn’t allow me to test drive the car I was buying but offered to drive it for starters my sales person terrick lied about complementary oil changes, didn’t allow me to test drive the car I was buying but offered to drive it for me and then proceeded to FLOOR it while it was in its break in period. I asked him to stop, he laughed and continued. He also thought it was appropriate to mention how little his commission was on the deal like he was doing me a favor, meanwhile I was leasing an M series with $9000 down he most likely took home over $2400 off this deal. Then Farris the finance manager sent my pay off to the wrong bank for $23000 and almost two months later my car is still not paid off. I have emailed him and have gotten no response. I have called the store for the last 4 days asking to speak with a manager and STILL no one has gotten back to me. Clearly customer service is not a priority for this dealership. More

Jason gave me a thorough tutorial of the different car functions and features to get me started and also encouraged me to take advantage of their Genius support in the future. Chapman BMW reached out to me again to invite me to set up a Genius appointment. (By then I had a list of questions!) I was delighted to meet with Joseph Myers who patiently took the time to walk both my husband and I thru the features and help get my husband's profile set up. He spent more than one hour with us, answering all our questions. Joseph is extremely knowledgeable and an excellent teacher. Both of these interactions demonstrate a strong commitment to customer care! I highly recommend Chapman BMW Chandler. More
I'm giving them a 2-star because it was a nice place with a large selection. Our potential sales rep gets a -1 star. I took my 19-year-old who was ready to buy. I myself was in the market as well. I've owned 4 BMWs, 2 Porsches, 2 Audis, etc. All purchased new. But we do our homework, so we have specific models we want to see. This guy kept rushing us. From the start. We were allowed to shop for 20 minutes if that. On a Saturday! Said he didn't have time for us, and since we weren't allowed to wander the floors looking, he rushed us out. What a doofus. You have 2 potential sales walk in the door and you blew them off. When I asked him about any feature, he would practically snap and kept rushing us out the door. They have vehicles and there were some I wanted to investigate/test-drive. I live in Scottsdale, so driving to Chandler was kind of a hassle. Not sure if I want to go back. More
I brought my 2016 BMW X1 into Chapman BMW Chandler for oil change, coolant flush and fuel system scope and worked with Caroline Jonathan at service department. She was very accommodating and compassionate handling the work and kept me up to date with the progress. It was very seamless transaction with dropping off my car and picking up a loaner vehicle while my car was in the shop. I will continue to be a proud owner of BMW vehicles (I own 2 BMWs) and would highly recommend Chapman BMW and Caroline as a SA!! More

Owned BMW years ago and decided to try once again and now I remember why I decided to go elsewhere. Paid for 5 year service and requested oil service early because of long extended road trip scheduled. Also I remember why I decided to go elsewhere. Service said I would have to pay for service because early, no consideration for my personal needs! They also said that 5 series is normal to run rough when first start! I say BS. Service department then and now, arrogance seems to be rule of the day!!!!!! More
The experience was seamless. Adam was my sales rep and he was great to work with. He went to great lengths from the test drive to the final signing in finance to make sure I was comfortable in the process. H was great to work with. He was well informed, patient, and really easy going throughout the whole process. I also worked with John and Stephen as well and they were great too. The whole process was smooth. If I had one thing I would complain about, and it’s minor, I didn’t like the hard sell in finance about extended/additional warranties for sale. It felt like I was being guilted by scare tactics when I said no. I understand that’s their job so I get it, but once I said no it should have been dropped. Overall though I can’t recommend this dealership enough. More
