I have met with David Pence several times for service work performed on my BMW X5. He has remembered who I am each time, and delivers excellent customer service each time I have visited. He goes over e work performed on my BMW X5. He has remembered who I am each time, and delivers excellent customer service each time I have visited. He goes over each item that needs to be repaired on my vehicle, and he calls me back with any suggestions. However, he is never pushy in attempting to get me to commit to additional work. And, each time he has given me his honest opinion on what needs to be done now, and what can possibly wait until my next visit. Even though my car has been in to be serviced several times, he has never tried to sick a salesman on me. This has been tried several times at other dealers, and I can't stand it! Infact, I had to go to David and ask who he suggested to work with for buying a new car. He just brings excellent customer service each time I come in, and I couldn't ask for a more professional service writer. Thank you! I highly recommend bringing in your BMW to be serviced at Chapman! More

My husband, Doug, and I purchased our 2nd vehicle from you on January 2nd. I wanted you to know how pleased I am with this purchase. I loved my X-3, and really thought at first I should have just boug you on January 2nd. I wanted you to know how pleased I am with this purchase. I loved my X-3, and really thought at first I should have just bought a new X-3, or X-5, but having used and driven the Sports Wagon for several weeks, I am really thrilled I chose the wagon. It is so much easier for me to get in and out of, and to load the back. With the X-3, I was just a little too short to slide out of the car efficiently, and each time I exited, I would get road grit and dirt from below the door on the back of my pant legs. With the wagon, this does not happen. I like everything about the car, and it is a pleasure to drive and use. We really loved the first car we bought from you in 2004, which was an Imola red 335 i, sedan, with performance package, etc. That was a wonderful car, that we both really miss. I said many years ago, that I would never, ever own a wagon or a minivan again in my life, but the Beemer wagon has changed my mind. I am very surprised it is not more popular in the U. S. People don't know what they are missing. I love it! More

Our experience with Chapman BMW was a pleasant one. We were on the lot twice. Once in March when we were initially approached by Tim Smith and again in June when we bought our 528i. He was very pleasant, friendly and knew his product. Tim made sure to keep in touch with us whenever a car came in that fit our requirements. We would definitely recommend this dealership and actually already have. Thanks for a wonderful experience. FYI we are first time BMW owners and had previous unpleasant experiences with Desert BMW(AutoNation)here in Las Vegas. Again we want to express how happy we are with the service and expertise we received from Tim. He is definitely a "keeper". More

David made you feel comfortable on the phone which made me feel comfortable coming into the Dealership. Other internet sales departments at other dealerships made me feel put off because I wanted to discus me feel comfortable coming into the Dealership. The cost of repairs at this BMW service center is outrageous in my opinion. (This is probably true for any BMW service center, but my experience is here) A part that can be purchased for $70 will cos outrageous in my opinion. (This is probably true for any BMW service center, but my experience is here) A part that can be purchased for $70 will cost you $300 at this dealership and this is not including any labor charges. If you do go here... check your options with other shops and let them know what you were able to find. They may negotiate. (they did negotiate with me once, but I still way overpaid for the service and know that now.) Another example... I needed a new emblem for the hood of my car. I was told that the installation was "difficult" by the service manager and that it would be about $80 for the installation. I paid about $30 for the plastic (yes it's plastic.. it only looks like metal) piece and within about 2 minutes, my dad was able to carefully pry off the old piece and click in the new. Really? They wanted to CHARGE ME FOR THAT!!?? So much for good old customer service. More
