Dealership is awesome. Lots of option and good inventory but horrible customer service and service department. I bought a one year old Lexus that was horribly cleaned despite my two repeated visits. Car remained dirty and polish left all over the curves, on rubber by door sills and bumpers. Windows remained dirty. On my complaint never got a call back from used car manager despite my email and VM I left. I can't recommend the dealership to my friends but I will still come due to good dealer inventory and good competitive prices. Kenny the sales advisor maintained good professional attitude and helped in buying the car. More

We did most of the negotiating via email and Ryan Dorfman helped us every step of the way. Ryan was knowledgeable, responsive and competant and was a joy to work with. My goal has always been to own a BMW, and I'm very proud to say that I now own a 530I. For my birthday on Saturday the 23rd of November, my wonderful husband ordered parts from your parts dept.3 weeks proud to say that I now own a 530I. For my birthday on Saturday the 23rd of November, my wonderful husband ordered parts from your parts dept.3 weeks earlier and paid in advance to have them ready for my birthday at 9am to be installed. We pulled up in your service dept. and waited for someone to help us, well that didn't happened so we had to find someone, we spoke to a young man that stated that he would get his supervisor or manager, not sure which but a few min later a gentleman named Mark, they called him Mark O, came out and my husband told him that he bought the parts from the parts dept. and prepaid to have them installed today at 9am. He was very frustrated with my husband stating how will the installer get paid? well we didn't know, we paid in advance. he then walked away stating that he would have to contact the person in the parts dept. and took our receipt with him. We paid an estimated cost of $208.00, for 2hours of labor which only took 20 min. Mark came back once again upset and frustrated explaining that he couldn't reach the person in the parts dept. and would just have to do it, I guess it was just our lucky day. We explain to him that my service engine light came on while we were driving over there and Mark just dismissed it by saying that he didn't have time today and we would have to come back another day. Not sorry but I would be glad to make you an appointment for another day. The whole experience was very disappointing, I thought by purchasing a BMW that would put me in an elite group, I still love my BMW and I'm now looking at the 7 series as a new goal, but I will definitely be looking into a different dealership for future needs. Kenneth, was awesome from start to finish! Ken, explained my contract to me in great detail, explained the BMW select program, and obtained me the best monthly payment/interest rate. I was very impressed wit my contract to me in great detail, explained the BMW select program, and obtained me the best monthly payment/interest rate. I was very impressed with his knowledge of finance and his sales experience. Ken, did not hassel me, nor did we have to go back and forth to close the deal. Two years ago, I acquired my very first BMW. Jimmy Giese helped me get into a 2011 base model 328i sedan. Although this car did have navigation, there were really no other optional features that I find desi helped me get into a 2011 base model 328i sedan. Although this car did have navigation, there were really no other optional features that I find desirable. Still though, Jimmy made a great impression and got me the monthly payment I was looking for. After I saw that the new 4 series had been released, I wanted to take a look at them. I set up an appointment with Jimmy and he helped discover the new car. We took one (Estoril blue, M Sport) for a test drive, and quite frankly I fell in love with it. Several hours later, I called Jimmy back and told him I wanted to purchase it. Unknown to him at that time, the car had already sold. Never-the-less, a few days later, Jimmy found a near duplicate of the same model and had it delivered to the dealership. So, I am now the proud owner of a brand new Estoril Blue 428i M Sport. All I have to say is that Jimmy Giese is amazing to work with! He very much personalizes the whole experience and truly understands his customers. Really, the whole dealership is great. From the moment you walk in you're greeted in the front by an attentive receptionist, and everyone else seems to be professional and courteous. The icing on the cake is Megan Varon. She makes the "paper-work" part of the transaction so amazingly seamless and pleasant. I'm really thinking this is my keeper car, but if I do change my mind in the future, I know there's no other place to purchase a BMW or have service performed on one, and that's Chapman. More
We just purchased our 2nd BMW from our awesome sales agent JJ Garcia @ Chapman BMW and couldn't be happier. Even though this is a bit of a drive from Tucson, their service is so far above and beyond the Tucson BMW dealer's, I will probably even start coming up to Chapman BMW for any service needs as well. I don't know that anyone generally looks forward to buying a new car anymore than they look forward to a dentist appointment, but their fair and honest dealings have made both our purchases enjoyable experiences. First and foremost JJ Garcia provided excellent customer service. He did not assume anything but very patiently described the product. The price negotiation was hassle free unlike some dealerships we only dealt with JJ. The staff was very friendly and went out of their way to make us feel welcomed and valued.
