I have bought a total of five cars from Chapman. Each time was a painless ordeal. Kenny Smith is my salesman of choice. The process was efficient. All his promises were fulfilled. The service is top notch and the dealership is clean and professional. All associates were extremely helpful and welcoming. My service advisor has been Jennifer M for many years and has always treated my cars like her own. Megan my finance manager was extremely knowledgable and non-presssuring. Brian the sales manager was easy going and gave me the deals I wanted. I would recommend this dealership to anyone shopping for a BMW. More
Brought in my 5 series for the first service and everything went smooth. Tony Disalvo was my service rep and he was great. When I visited the Chandler BMW service center every one went out of their way to be helpful. My 88 year old mother was with me and the sales people treated her very kind and courteous. A salesperson offered her a cup of tea and even made it for her while she waited. I also found the showroom as well as the ladies room to be very clean. His willingness and tactful approach sold me on him and his dealership early on and when I finally made the trade, he was true to form through the negotiation of the final price and transaction process. I feel good about my purchase and look forward to my continuing relationship with J.C. and his service department. J.C. Chokrach made sure that I was properly introduced to the dealership management and service department and got all of the touch-ups and details accomplished as promised and on-time to what was promised. I am extremely disappointed with Chapman BMW and BMW in general. I bought this factory certified 2008 550i in 2010 with 36K miles. I bought the extended warranty for 3 additional years and up to 100K miles general. I bought this factory certified 2008 550i in 2010 with 36K miles. I bought the extended warranty for 3 additional years and up to 100K miles. I now have 66K miles. The car has been using more and more oil over the past 2 years. I alerted my service consultant (Jennifer) several times about the oil usage. I was assured this is normal (about 1 QRT every 3000-4000 miles) even thought it didn't use any the first year I had it. Now I'm adding a QRT about every 2000 miles. Again, I was assured this is normal. I've been around cars a long time and this is not normal. I finally confronted them and had them check it out. The engine needs to be rebuilt for around $8100. The best part is I thought I was still under warranty. I am no longer under warranty!! I talked to the service mgr Garret and then the Chapman BMW manager Randy. Neither was willing to do the right thing and fix it. I am a business owner and I completely understand warranties and working with the public. I always choose to do what's right, not what's under warranty. I never want a customer to be extremely unhappy with us if there is a good reason. I expected Chapman BMW and BMW in general to do the right thing but they have decided not to. It is their decision. My decision is to let other people know how I was treated so you can avoid this yourself. I will never bring my car back to Chapman BMW and I will unfortunately never buy a BMW again. It's a sad day to say the least!! More

Kris Mason was waiting for me when I arrived for my 7:00am appointment for annual service. I spent literally 2 minutes getting out of the car and getting a cup of coffee. By the time my coffee was in need of a refill my car was done. Unbelievable service!! I had also purchased an iPhone adapter but it turned out to be the incorrect version. Kris checked into the correct part and it will not be available until Feb 1. He pre-ordered it for me. Next stop they will put it in. Great bunch of folks at Chapmans!!!! More
