DO NOT BUY OR HAVE YOUR BMW SERVICED AT CHANDLER BMW. I have been taking my BMW to this dealership for service for the last 3 years, due to its location being convenient, definitely not because they have W have been taking my BMW to this dealership for service for the last 3 years, due to its location being convenient, definitely not because they have WOWed me with their service . Long wait times, they never clean your car no matter what the service entails and many times I have had to take the car back for issues they were suppose to have remedied. On 10/15/2021, I took my car for oil change and was told by the mechanic that NVLD switch is malfunctioning and needed to changed. This item was still under warranty but Chandler BMW still charged me. When I confirmed the warranty, I contacted Vanessa P of customer service and explained the situation. She stated that BMW NA has issued a check to cover it, after 2 1/2 months we still have not received the check. Vanessa P. apparently will tell you anything but will do nothing to remedy the situation as I have numerous emails from her confirming check was issued and re issued. If you can't trust the head of customer service than who can you trust??? More

Historically, I've distrusted auto dealers, but my experience yesterday helped to redeem that trust. They treat you as a human first, before being their client. Andre was so patient, respectful, and personable. My wife and I actually enjoyed just being around him and chatting with him throughout the day. The car trade appraisal process was very smooth. I can assure you, that if you consider Chapman BMW to purchase a car you will not be disappointed. Just had to share this. Thank you Chapman BMW guys/team and God bless! More
Marci Stalling is amazing! I live 4 and a 1/2 hours away and she was in constant contact on the phone, sent me amazing videos of the vehicle and when I got there it was the quickest signing I have ever done and she was in constant contact on the phone, sent me amazing videos of the vehicle and when I got there it was the quickest signing I have ever done. After being a loyal and avid BMW driver/owner for over 20 years I've received the worst customer service from Jacob Malburg at Chapman BMW in Chandler. Will be filing a complaint about Malburg Padding charg years I've received the worst customer service from Jacob Malburg at Chapman BMW in Chandler. Will be filing a complaint about Malburg Padding charges with BMW Headquarters as soon as possible. Be very aware when dealing with Chapman BMW Chandler. I just wanted to take the time to say how Tarek Mosalli took such great care of us from start to finish. He made sure he found us what we were looking for. I just want to say Adam Lopretta, was very kind and helpful to help me get the car I was looking at. Had me wait for a battery replacement, came out and told me it was done and xar would be right out, 20 minutes later they came back and said they didn’t have battery in stock and the wouldnt be able to repl me it was done and xar would be right out, 20 minutes later they came back and said they didn’t have battery in stock and the wouldnt be able to replace it with a non bmw part until the next day. Once, I drove up to the Auto Service area at the d On July 16, 2021, I went to see if I could get maintenance on my 2021 BMW X4 M version of my car. Once, I drove up to the Auto Service area at the dealership. I parked my car behind a BMW Demo X3 car and literally watch the service guy stare at me and continue to stand 10-15 feet away from my car. Then another service parked a customer’s vehicle and walked toward his coworker. I notice they started talking and looked at me and continue with their conversation. I felt so invisible to them. I was honestly standing outside my car starring at them for help. Moreover, I notice I was getting that look from them; like why he is here or who car did he steal. I guess this must be a Phoenix, Arizona thing. What really made me angry was when a Caucasian customer-driven up to the service department and parked behind me and one of the service guys bypass me and walked directly to the customer's car behind me to help them. I knew then I wasn't going to receive any help from BMW in Chandler, Arizona. This same thing happens to me at the Camelback locations also in Phoenix. This is by far the most racist city/state I ever lived in, especially the dealerships. I have walked in a few BMW locations in Phoenix, Arizona, and every Caucasian guy either turned their heads, ignored, or walk past me as if I'm invisible to them. I visited this location in Chandler, Arizona a few times and didn’t feel wanted in the presence of this dealership. I can’t even express myself in words because I feel so disgusted or resentful of how people still look at African Americans today. Why did I move to this racist state in April 2021? Big mistake relocating or buying a car here!! Last, I would NOT recommend AFRICAN AMERICANS TO BMW Chandler. More
