Recall service campaign. Stacey Moore by far is the most professional service advisor I have dealt with in regards to both of our BMW vehicles. A very well rounded advisor, willing to share everything he knows about the particular parts being repaired or replace and its relation to the car. Our First BMW Experiance When we walked into Champman BMW, I had no intention of getting a BMW. I'm was looking to get my wife a 20 year anniversary gift and she was already sold on getting a Lexus IS250. But we wanted to see all our options. And we went to every dealership in the category. Then we walked into BMW. Our salesman Richard Schneider approached us and my first impression of him was not so good. He came off very strong and aggressive. Before he ever showed us a car he sat us down to get to know us. I quickly realized that he was very knowledgable, honest, and strait forward. He truly believed in his product, and strongly made a difference in which vehicle we choose. He actually listened to what we wanted and what we were looking for! And then delivered!!! This Mineral White 328i is exactly the vehicle my wife was looking for, and I'm proud to say we have no buyers remorse. Thank you Richard for listening to our requirements, and actually delivering on them. Thank you for honoring all our requests, and delivering on all your promises (written or not). Most of all Richard, thank you for showing us a quality automobile, one that we will truly enjoy for years to come!!!! More

I recently went in for some recall work and Andrew handled all aspects of my experience with class and professionalism. Additionally, I had a small issue with my service loaner. Not only was Andrew diligent with his outstanding customer support but he was also supportive and thorough in its resolution. Turned out that the issue was an existing matter the dealership was aware of and quickly resolved the matter on my end as well. Overall, without Andrew's commitment to customer service and his diligence to the customer experience, I would have encountered a financial payment in error. Again, great customer support, great customer service and superb loyalty to BMW customers. Give Andrew a bonus! Well deserved!!!! 10s across the board. More
Great buying experience Just bought a new 335i. Only planned on test driving a 320i and then going to test drive a mercedes but Deven our salesperson was so pleasant to work Just bought a new 335i. Only planned on test driving a 320i and then going to test drive a mercedes but Deven our salesperson was so pleasant to work with, we spent more time than planned checking out the different options, colors, etc. We test drove more than one car and I was very pleased with the final price and absolutely love the car.
