Service Visit I have always split my service visits between N Scottsdale BMW and Chandler, and have always purchased my vehicles from N Scottsdale. Outstanding Customer Service I've been a customer of Chapman BMW Chandler since they opened (and prior to the Chandler opening when the dealership was on McDowell road). The customer service as a whole is consistently excellent. Everyone from the dealers, service advisors, and receptionists always greet quickly and go over and above to ensure my satisfaction. I have a choice not only in dealerships, but also in the type of car I choose to drive. Because of the outstanding service I've received over the years, I'm a loyal customer to BMW. More

Do not look at your owners manual I tried putting in coolant in my BMW, manual showed a picture indicating the coolant reservoir. Turned out the manual was wrong! It was the power stee I tried putting in coolant in my BMW, manual showed a picture indicating the coolant reservoir. Turned out the manual was wrong! It was the power steering reservoir instead! They said the manual while being correct for my model, that it was a generic manual and may or may not reflect my car! There was no alternative picture to show variances amongst models, yet they said it was my fault for following the manual ! Accused me of being irresponsible and that I shouldn't have opened the hood of my own car! The arrogance and the lack of courtesy from Chapman BMW was the worst experience I ever had, and I've owned BMW's for 20 years ! Well they lost me today as a customer and if you have an owner's manual ? Don't bother, it doesn't necessarily represent your car, and if you follow it like I did, well be prepared to pay for service .... What a joke! More
Alignment Took our 328I in for 4 well alignment. Our vehicle was done in a very short time. The vehicle was even washed for us. Our service tech Tony explained Took our 328I in for 4 well alignment.
