Service Visit I've taken my BMW to Chapman for service on several occasions now and they're always helpful, friendly and do great service work. My service advisor, I've taken my BMW to Chapman for service on several occasions now and they're always helpful, friendly and do great service work. My service advisor, David Pence, is excellent. As to be expected, service cost on this type of vehicle is high, but he always does the best he can to discount the pricing for me. I also love the loaner car program, the loaner I get is always clean and I don't have to reschedule my day around service work. I also like the idea of driving a new car around while they work on mine. I'm selling my BMW as I am in between jobs right now, but I will sure miss the great service and loaner car program. The service at all dealerships should be this good. More
