I had called them & they said to call BMW roadside service so I did. It was late afternoon on a Friday when I discovered the problem so there was no point in them sending a tow truck that late so I made an appointment for 7am Saturday morning for them to come & pick it up. Got a call from the tow company that was supposed to come & get it saying that BMW roadside service had just called them to say the vehicle had already been picked up & that they had dispatched the driver to another pick up. But wait - my car was still there on the driveway! They re-dispatched the driver who got there at about 8am. Car was taken to Chapman - hours later when I had received no call letting me know that the car was delivered safely I finally called only to find out that all the service folks had left for the day. I asked the girl on the phone if there was anyone who could just simply let me know if my car had made it to them or not & without any hesitation she said NO! Monday morning rolls round & I call to find out what's going on only to find out that they don't have the appropriate tire at the dealership & it's going to be Tuesday before I can come & pick it up. Tuesday morning at 7:15am get a call saying the car is ready for pick up - I went at lunch time to get it. Did I mention that when I purchased the car I also got the $1,600 tire & rim insurance to avoid getting billed for blow tires. Anyway they tried to hand me a bill not once but twice for over $360 for a new tire. After a couple of times of confirming I had the insurance they finally said I owed a deductible of $50 - something that was never explained when buying the car. Not a pleasant experience so I won't be using Chapman again. More

Since this was my first car buying experience alone and being a recent college graduate I wasn't the most well versed in how the process was going to go. Henry did an amazing job and working with me in finding my ideal car, he and Chapman BMW Chandler management worked with me in being able to get into my new car. I had a short credit history because I never had a loan and only just recently (18 months ago) got credit cards to start to build credit. Not only were they able to help me in creating a financial plan to get me into my dream car but Henry made sure I was satisfied every step of the way and made my car buying experience phenomenal. I thank Henry and the Chapman BMW team for helping me in finding the perfect car for the best price. I will recommend to all that I talk to about getting a new or used car to head down to Chapman BMW of Chandler! More
