Great Personalized Service As a Canadian Snowbird living 6 months in the Phoenix area each winter, I have never had to service our BMW X5 in the US prior to this year so I was a As a Canadian Snowbird living 6 months in the Phoenix area each winter, I have never had to service our BMW X5 in the US prior to this year so I was a little anxious when it required repairs in Dec 2015. On the day of my appointment, I met with Jeremy Wittig one of their service representatives who made me feel comfortable and at home right away. Throughout the four extensive repairs I had completed with Chapman BMW, he demonstrated a level of professionalism, courtesy, expertise and caring that went far beyond what I experienced at other dealerships. I received a loaner for the duration of the repairs. When I went to pick of my SUV, there was an employee immediately there to receive the loaner and bring the X5 around. Jeremey explained all the work that was done, brought me to the cashier, and made sure I was offered either a coffee or a water before I left for home. All in all, I was treated extremely well by all the staff. They made a very painful and stressful experience a lot more palatable. More

He ended up giving us a very good deal. Lynn, who was our paperwork/finance person, took the time to thoroughly explain all of the options with no pressure. Rich was our "Genius", who explained in detail, how to use all of the features of our new car. There is no doubt that these people take ownership in BMW. I love my new car. It drives like a dream.
