From the moment I got there, I was greeted with a smile, and the outstanding service just kept coming. I went in with my brake light on and they walked me through all of the possibilities of what may be wrong. They took care of everything in a timely manner and I even looked forward to coming back to pick up my car because I knew it would be a positive addition to my day. I honestly felt like family and working in customer service for most of my life, this is something I value an incredible amount. Left upset and angry with my advisor!! When l went to pick up my car, the service light came on and my car shook viggorously. When I confronted Oscar, my service advisor, he said he could d When l went to pick up my car, the service light came on and my car shook viggorously. When I confronted Oscar, my service advisor, he said he could do nothing about it and didn't want any responsibility. Knowing I was upset, all he did is hand me my keys and went back inside. The least he could do is give me some advise on what to do (since that is his title!!). I am writing the board on this because whatever they did, my car runs like crap now!! I let my insurance company know and we'll see what happens... He also sent a rediculous email to me that made no sense... I went out of my way to find a reputable company to do repairs and had to drive clear across town thinking I would get exceptional service.... But it was nothing but stress... I am still very upset and cannot stop thinking about how screwed I got!! More
