Recent 740Li Purchase I recently purchased an off lease 740Li. I didn't have any history or service records on the car so I contacted the Chapman service rep, Tony DiSalvo I recently purchased an off lease 740Li. I didn't have any history or service records on the car so I contacted the Chapman service rep, Tony DiSalvo, for my previous BMW, Tony scheduled the car for a service/history review but also took the time to explain many of the new technology features on the 740Li. He saved me enormous time not having to spend hrs reading and researching the owners manual. I can't say enough about his customer focus behaviors. More

BMW disappointed Our mechanic told us that the problem we were experiencing was on an extended warranty. He had contacted BMW and was told that. We took it to Chapman Our mechanic told us that the problem we were experiencing was on an extended warranty. He had contacted BMW and was told that. We took it to Chapman and we're told no it wasn't and they would charge us for it. Our mechanic said Chapman would probably rather get the money from us rather than bmw. So we paid the 149.99 for the diagnosis to Chapman's and are going back to our mechanic to have it foxed. I'm deeply disappointed in Chapman. More

I had looked at the cars online and we went in without an appointment. Ryan Dorfman who had spoken to me earlier met us and introduced us to Peter Cramer who took care of us till the end. We left with an amazing car and a truly good value for what we got. Peter made sure we were well informed and understood the options we had. So far we love our new car. Also, our 6 year old was very excited. It was his first car buying experience and Peter made sure that he had a great time and was part of the process. We have two BMWs now and we look forward to enjoying our cars for years to come. In short I highly recommend buying from Chapman BMW. More
