Great Experience We took our car in for some unscheduled maintenance, and Matt had a 'Loaner' waiting. He briefly explained their troubleshooting procedures and had me We took our car in for some unscheduled maintenance, and Matt had a 'Loaner' waiting. He briefly explained their troubleshooting procedures and had me on my way in minutes. He called later to explain they'd found the problem, and were replacing the defective part under Warrantee, but since they had the car already, would like to take care of some 'scheduled maintenance' coming due as well. This would save us having to come back in a month (and it was all covered). Matt and his team were total professionals. They kept me informed, delivered on time, and went the extra distance. My wife and I have had nothing but good experiences with the Dealership, and the Service Department. And while no one enjoys taking their car in to the Dealer for a problem, this is as painless as it gets. These guy's are awesome. More
