Helping Hand I'd run over a giant object in the road and literally ripped my tire apart. Of course it was late in the day and I still had a million things to do. My man Matt at Chapman said, "No worries," and he took care of everything. Had a loaner car waiting when I arrived with the tow truck and got me the best deal on a new tire and alignment. When I couldn't make it in the next afternoon to pick up my car, again, "No worries," and I got my car the following morning. Hats off to my service advisor Matt and Chapman. More
