In conclusion, what sticks out the most of my last experience there is not only being treat well by Matt Konecek, but the different loaner I drove. I own a 328i and I drove an X1 which I’m considering when it’s time to change my car. Matt is a type of employee that Chapmen BMW should take care of and be lucky to have working for them. More

Great experience My check engine light popped up one morning so I drove the the dealer without and appointment. As I pulled in my name was on the monitor and Mike was My check engine light popped up one morning so I drove the the dealer without and appointment. As I pulled in my name was on the monitor and Mike was ready to help me. He was friendly and didn't make a big deal out of not having an appointment. He was able to get my other condition based service done at the same time as well as put me into a loaner for the time being. Great service. More
