I was greeted immediately. The salesperson I worked with allowed me to shop at my pace. Always allowing me to ask questions without aggressive salesmanship. Chris Moore actually worked with me to determine my car needs, wants, and the extra special benefits that come with the purchase of a luxury car. From there the rest of the Chapman Team was warm and welcoming. From the GM, to the Support Staff. Lastly, this dealership is family friendly, as I had my daughter and grandson with me during my car shopping experience, and they too felt the professionalism and customer car from Chapman. Check Engine Light Called my Service Rep Matt K and he told me to bring it in. He arranged for a loaner car so that I didn't have to wait and off I went. I have a 750LI Called my Service Rep Matt K and he told me to bring it in. He arranged for a loaner car so that I didn't have to wait and off I went. I have a 750LI and he gave me a 528 to drive. Great vehicle. The light indicator actually turned out to be a fuel senor and it was fixed under my warranty. Great service from start to finish. Glad I bought from Chapman BM Chandler. More
