As a repeat Mercedes customer, I was surprised how phenomen I purchased an i3 from Chapman BMW earlier this year. My Client Advisor was Travis Tinney. As a repeat Mercedes customer, I was surprised how phenomenal our buying experience was with Travis and Chapman BMW. So when It came to buy another car form my wife this past weekend, we didn’t hesitate to buy another car from Travis at Chapman BMW. Not only was the customer service experience far superior than at Mercedes, the service we got from Randy Wood in the service department was top notch as well. We plan on continuing our relationship with Travis and Chapman BMW for many years to come and highly recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a new or used vehicle. More

Horrible Customer Experience I had contacted Renate Steinbach at Chapman BMW about purchasing a 2011 Ford Mustang GT and we had agreed on a deal. I filled out their Credit applica I had contacted Renate Steinbach at Chapman BMW about purchasing a 2011 Ford Mustang GT and we had agreed on a deal. I filled out their Credit application even though I was already approved through my bank because I contacted them on Saturday, July 29th, 2017 when my bank, U.S. Bank was already closed. As it turns out they could not approve me for the financing so we agreed to go through my bank on Monday July 31, 2017. We had come to a final agreement on the price and then my bank had a question about the tax and title of the car. I asked the question to Renate but she never replied. I finally got a call from some guy named Steve Foster who told me they had sold the car to somebody else. Now I have a pending loan on a car that will close within 2 weeks if I do not find another vehicle to purchase on top of another hit on my credit report due to their pushy sales tactics. If they had never planned on selling me the car, why did they send me the bill of sale (which I can provide as evidence). Whatever you do, do not assume Chapman will be an honest and ethical car dealership as they will always try to fill their sales quota instead of provide quality customer service!!!!!! Shop elsewhere! More

Terrible service My car is a lemon. They cannot fix it. They have tried 6 times on two separate issues. The car is just over 2 years old. Today they gave me my car bac My car is a lemon. Today they gave me my car back after 4 days in filthy condition without even checking the things I brought it in for. And apparently there is no good gas in Az. I always put premium. And I go to the gas stations they insisted on. Funny how much previous car had no problems. More

Service Advisor I would like to let everyone know about Service Advisor Tony Di Salvo at Chapman BMW. This guy is the most responsive guy I've ever had the pleasure o I would like to let everyone know about Service Advisor Tony Di Salvo at Chapman BMW. This guy is the most responsive guy I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with where my 2011 335i is concerned. I'll give you just one of many examples of Tony's excellent work ethic. My wife and I were in Chandler AZ and had just seen a movie. When we came out to the car it was about 110 degrees and my car had been baking in the sun for three hours (btw, my car is jet black). I activated the "summer convenience" feature of the key fob that opens all the windows and sunroof to let the heat out. Everything worked perfectly until I closed the windows. The right rear window made a sound like breaking glass with a loud snap and would not close. I immediately called Tony at Chapman BMW and left a message and noticed it was 3:47PM. After completing my call I headed straight for the dealership. About 12 minutes later my phone rang and it was Tony telling me to bring the car in...at this point, I was a mere 5 minutes away. The really cool part was that I was there five minutes later and when I pulled into the garage area my name was already on the marquis above the driveway, and my loaner car was already there running. Tony took my wife and I into his office...his very air-conditioned 72 degree office...and had me sign a work order and then we got into the 430i he loaned us, and we were home ten minutes later. Around 2pm the next day my car was done and waiting in the driveway all washed and waxed...they even used tire shine. It was awesome. Anytime I have had a problem with my car, Tony has diagnosed it correctly and fixed it correctly and been very straightforward about the costs. I have NEVER had to take it back to have a repair repeated. Thanks Tony!! More
