Policy Change without Notice I was disappointed to learn that the policy regarding loaner vehicles had changed. When I purchased my 2017 vehicle, I specifically asked and was a I was disappointed to learn that the policy regarding loaner vehicles had changed. When I purchased my 2017 vehicle, I specifically asked and was assured that loaner cars would be available whenever you brought your car in for any type of service. We are a one-car family. Our prior dealership offered such that service. And if I had been told differently I would have considered other options. After only a year, the policy has changed and loaners are no longer available for warranty work. More

Service on Our 750! We have a home in Colorado and one here in Arizona. The need service light came on and said that the car was needing serviced. I called the dealersh We have a home in Colorado and one here in Arizona. The need service light came on and said that the car was needing serviced. I called the dealership service department and spoke with Vince Adams, he said bring it right in we will take care of it for you. When we brought it in Vice was great, he arranged to have a scratch repaired as well as a scuffed wheel and provided us with a loaner. The entire experience was more than we expected and better than the dealership where we bought the 750 and 9 other BMWs. So we will definitely make Chapman BMW Chandler our dealership moving forward. My service consultant, Kris Mason, is a super nice guy. He updated me when needed and, as I mentioned, very accommodating and helpful. More
