He cares about t This my 3rd time working with Chapman on servicing my 2012 BMW X5. I have been very satisfied with the service adviser Mike Reeves. He cares about the service provided to the customer. I winter in Arizona so this is my dealer when here. My last visit was to solve a small oil leak which appeared on my garage floor. I was nearing the end of my CPO warranty, so this needed attention. They thought they found the problem. A month & a half later I brought the X5 in to get the air bag recall fixed and the oil leak started again. Being out of the CPO warranty now, I'm not sure whether they will guarantee their attempt to solve this 1-1/2 month old problem. I do know, up to this time I have been satisfied with their service. This car has always been serviced by a BMW dealer. So this problem is a BMW quality problem. Hopefully this BMW dealer will assist in resolving it. More

Had to take car somewhere else!! My car came in for service. They charged me $360 for a diagnostic fee and still could not tell me what was wrong. The car did not move from the spot where I left it. I am not even convinced that they looked at it at all. I had to take it to a different BMW shop. I would stay away from this one. ...Thanks for the reply Garrett. Better reply would have been sorry for the poor service...let me return your money. The other Dealer took the car "in the shop", gave me a real diagnosis with solutions and didn't even charge for that. All you guys did was say it is "broke" from the parking lot and charge me a bunch of money. If you don't think that is true then post on here what your $360 diagnosis found caused the problem.... I'm banking you can't do that. More
