At the end, we felt we were conned and bought a car from a sales staff with record of horrible customer service. All I heard from Mr. Shane (GM) was - I will get back to you after I check. This was three months ago and still waiting. Dealing with service is no different. If you are lucky you may get a courteous one like David Pence. If you go to Chandler BMW count on your good luck and pray for good experience. More
