Kudos to Chapman BMW Service Department in Chandler After purchasing a used BMW from a private party, I took it to Chapman BMW Chandler to get an oil change and service and to check on a problem caused After purchasing a used BMW from a private party, I took it to Chapman BMW Chandler to get an oil change and service and to check on a problem caused by water leakage into the car. They did a great job in finding and sealing the sources of the leaks by sealing the leaks and testing them until all were found. I was pleased that they took the time and effort to find all of the leaks at no additional cost beyond the replacement cost of the stereo amplifier which had been ruined by the water that had leaked into the trunk where the electrical components are located. Kudos to Mark Ostaszewski and the rest of the service department. They will be my go-to service department for my BMW's here in AZ. When I'm in the market for a new car, I'll be dealing with Chapman BMW Chandler, and specifically with Tarek Mosalli. More

WIN/LOSS OUTCOME UPDATE: Since 11/11/19 I have been an email exchange with the General Manager of Sales, Steve Boyd regarding a resolution. The main SMALL issue wa UPDATE: Since 11/11/19 I have been an email exchange with the General Manager of Sales, Steve Boyd regarding a resolution. The main SMALL issue was I was expecting a different tire set on my newly purchased vehicle. When I went to view the vehicle on Wednesday, 11/6/2019 the salesperson told me either you get the car with the options you selected or tire set! Amazing! I should not have been made to choose. I have given them my deposit and signed the papers the evening before. I felt pressured. I did not know I could just walk away and ask for my money back so I went with the car in front of me. On the weekend (11/9/19) when I was going to "take possession" I involved Steve, the General Sales Manager. He advised me that the wheel set could be exchanged and he would "eat most the cost" for the exchange. I am assuring this was due to how I had explained my experience to him. He asked that I give him until the following Monday. Outcome: From 11/11 to 11/25, Steve has offered me options I never asked for. 1. Exchange the car for another car that would cost me more, was not the interior OR exterior color I wanted or selected. 2. Paint the wheels and grill on the car black. 3. Pay an addition 3000.00 to buy the original wheel set I was expecting. An exchange was never offered again. After telling me by email that I could not return the car on 11/23, he called today 11/25 at 11:30 am telling me I could bring the car back and see they can get another car with all my options. However, he never said when and for how much more this would cost me. This call add salt to the wound. I have returned my former leased vehicle after reading his email on last Saturday. (Note, my lease was not due until 12/4 but I ended it early since I thought I was with an amazing luxury car dealership.) WOW. So either I keep the car as is or I'll have to rent a car and start the car buying process all over This has been an emotionally and stressful situation on a wheel set. Outcome for the consumer: Either take one of the four but there was nothing more they could do..... I LOST BIG TIME. All the options were for the benefit of the dealer. HUGE SAD LESSON LEARNED. ----------------------------------------------------------------- I leased a BMW 3X on 11/9/2019. The process was the typical car dealer experience though I sent an email detailing my expectations and payment ability, I spent 4 hours in negotiation over the final price and the automobile; only to have to return the following morning to exchange the automobile because I was told they did not have the automobile I wanted in stock. I went home and located it on their dealer's page in 5 mins! I am currently awaiting follow up from the General Manager, Steve Boyd, to rectify another purchase issue. I am a firm believer that mistakes and misunderstandings can happen but the true intent is demonstrated on how things are resolved! Note: I have been waiting since 11/9/2019 when Steve and I spoke in the morning. I have sent two detailed emails and called the dealership three times and left voicemails. I will update this post with the outcome. More

First Time BMW driver I just bought my first BMW 430i coup. I have never had a car in my driving experience. I have always had an SUV or truck, therefore, I now felt like it was time to have a vehicle to myself. I was very pleased with my experience at Chapman BWM in Chandler AZ. I called on a Friday to speak to a sales person - Loc was amazing. Over the phone, he described and emphasize the quality of the vehicles on the lot. He made the whole experience very simple with an email and text of documents needed. Therefore, on Saturday, I was able to sign paperwork and have the vehicle ready for me. I love to drive and I love driving my new BMW. More
