Worst customer service experience I have ever received. First my car was brought in because the tire was in properly installed by there technician. I had 1 lug nut on and one sitting on the tire. To make the matter worse, I had to find and deal with getting the car towed to them. Then when I picked up the vehicle I got no service ticket of what was done.
