We chose to go with Champion of Decatur to find my dream Wrangler... terrible decision. The salesman worked for 3 weeks looking for the perfect one, we were ecstatic when he finally found it! We signed the Wrangler... terrible decision. The salesman worked for 3 weeks looking for the perfect one, we were ecstatic when he finally found it! We signed the paperwork last Thursday and was told to bring it in on Monday because it needed a new ac Compressor and a used car inspection. We drop it off Monday morning and we didn't hear anything from them until my husband went to the dealership to talk with someone face to face. They said the part has been ordered. On Wednesday afternoon they called and said they were taking it back. They don't want to fix it. They reversed our loan and wiped it clean like we had never been there. They are very shady business people and even went to the extent of texting me "don't say this or I'll get in trouble". Even after they took it back, I received messages apologizing for selling me the vehicle! I DO NOT RECOMMEND CHAMPION OF DECATUR TO ANYONE!! They have done NOTHING to make this right. The GM kept saying "they can't sell the vehicle" but THEY ALREADY DID!! If ZERO stars was an option, that's what they would get! DO NOT BUY FROM CHAMPION OF DECATUR!! More

Bought a new truck from them because they had the best price advertised on their website. I assumed that the advertised price was the base we were working of of but later discovered they charged me over $ price advertised on their website. I assumed that the advertised price was the base we were working of of but later discovered they charged me over $4000 than what the advertised price was on their website. Shame on me for not noticing it on the paperwork but this is very unethical and should be against the law but it is not! I called them back to discuss but was told that 30 days was to long. I didn't notice it until i went to get my tags and really didn't have a reason to look at the paperwork until then. They always want to talk monthly payment and never discuss purchase amount. They will keep you there for hours going back and forth to their sales manager pretending to do the best everytime they come back. Again shame on me for not catching it on the paperwork, but shame on them for being unethical and charging me more than their advertised price. This is not very good business and will never purchase another vehicle from them. Also contacting Ram corporate to let them know of their unhonest practices. More
