I came to Champion originally three years ago when The Collection in Coral Gables was unable to determine the cause of a rattle which we thought was coming from the backseat. Every time I start a sentence to tell her about an issue she immediately understands before I finish and gives me a thorough explanation of potential causes and solutions. In addition, she keeps me updated with text messages during the service and follows up afterwards to make sure I was completely satisfied. The free coffee and snacks don't hurt either! I should have checked before i left, but the color of my turn signals is now different. one is orange (which is the factory standard) and the other one is black, which is custom made.
