Very disappointed. Received car back from extended service period, apparently waiting 10-11 weeks for a part, and battery range was materially degraded following the s Received car back from extended service period, apparently waiting 10-11 weeks for a part, and battery range was materially degraded following the service. Escalated service issue to the General Manager and the Dealer Principal, but no help in resolving. Just trying to obtain diagnostic data to confirm my battery was properly maintained while sitting for so long at the dealership and cannot obtain it. Expect more professionalism from a high-end dealer and with an owner having owned numerous Porsche cars over the years. Now have to take next steps and escalate to Porsche North America. More
