General Manager, Tony Sciple, Completely Snubs Customer Tony Sciple is a useless general manager! I have an ongoing service and administrative issue which has gone unresolved. Every time I reach out to th Tony Sciple is a useless general manager! I have an ongoing service and administrative issue which has gone unresolved. Every time I reach out to the dealership, I hear back “yes, it will be resolved this time, sorry about that, consider it done this time”, etc. Yet, nothing gets resolved, ever. After so many failed attempts, I tried contacting the General Manager, Tony Sciple, who couldn't even be bothered to return calls, address my needs, nor follow up with my issue, he has “never” returned my call! It looks as if Tony is only there to take your money, then leave you "high and dry" after they get your money. Disgusting!! Devinder Maraj, Owner of Champion Porsche, ought to be ashamed of Tony's behavior towards a Champion Porsche customer. In my opinion, this reflects very poorly on the judgement of Devinder Maraj as Champion Porsche Dealer Principal in choosing Tony to represent the dealership as his most senior manager. Just try contacting Tony and see how frustrated you grow! More

I was connected to a service rep who was arrogant and extremely condescending. I purchased the key at another dealer who sells online and needed it to be programmed. The rep asked, while interrupting me - "where online, ebay? That key will never work". When I informed him it was another dealer, he remarked he knew of no dealer selling online. (if you are going to challenge my information, know what you are talking about). Anyway, I was willing to pay $175 for the programming of the key, but also needed it cut. "These keys are laser cut in Germany, no one in the US can do that". As if the key was actually cut with a laser! My local key smith LASER cut the key in 5 minutes. I very gladly took my key and all my future business elsewhere. More

After reading some of the other reviews I felt compelled to speak up about this dealer. I have purchased three new vehicles from Champion in the past 10 years. I've dealt with their sales, service and parts to speak up about this dealer. I have purchased three new vehicles from Champion in the past 10 years. I've dealt with their sales, service and parts staff as well as the owner. These are good people and always treat me right. They are and have been the number one Porsche dealer for many years. I live in south Miami and would rather drive the 50 miles to Champion than deal with my local Porsche dealer. Some of the other reviews made me laugh. They have a very nice lounge if you prefer to wait for your car while its being serviced. There is coffee, tea and fresh fruit (which made my daughter very happy) and some really nice Porsche items for sale in the boutique. I find them first class all the way. Price wise, it's Porsche, not Hyundai. Don't go in there expecting a $19.95 oil change. If you can't afford the service maybe you should be driving something else. More

Over the course of two and a half hours (when we were quoted one hour), I personally witnessed: 1. a Porsche employee refer to another customer as a "F***ing A**hole" so loudly that everyone in the waiting room heard this clearly and felt very uncomfortable. 2. another customer was physically assaulted (not kidding) by a Porsche employee and called the police. 3. another customer had been waiting for an hour and a half before asking what was taking so long... the employee then informed her that they had ordered the wrong tire and it would take another hour or so. In addition to these ridiculous and unacceptable behaviors, the waiting area was dirty, with cups and wrappers lying around, the TV kept randomly changing channels when customers were watching (apparently the parts guy prefers watching tennis and soccer instead of news), and the reading materials were haphazardly strewn about. This was similar to previous experiences I have had with this dealership (save for the physical assault... that was new). Needless to say I will NOT be returning. More
This dealership should be an embarrassment for Porsche. The service is awful. You spend $5000.00 on a repair and you can't even get a free cup of coffee. You have to sit on a metal bench outside while you wait. It's hot and noisy. Most dealerships send out a survey to ensure the customer was satisfied. Not Champion! They do not want to know. Danny, our service tech is nice. He is also knowledgeable. But he works for Champion Porsche -- a company that puts no effort whatsoever into customer service. When you get there, there is nobody to greet you. There is nobody that takes your car. You meander around aimlessly waiting for a service tech to approach. But they never do. You have to go to them like you are bothering them. They are all at their desks -- head down trying not to see people waiting. Unfortunately this is the closest Porsche dealership to my house. My husband and I have owned a Pontiac, Acura, Mitsubishi, Jeep, Mazda and Subaru. We've been to many dealerships in the last 25 years. Champion Porsche is one of the worst! You would think that for a $200 oil change, they'd appreciate your business. You'd think that -- but you'd be wrong. Champion Porsche CLEARLY despises their customers. More

Not having purchased the car from Champion, my expectations were that I was not going to be treated as well. Champion did some aftermarket work (Short shifter, car lowered 1 inch). Their mechanics don't know how to fix the product they sell, it take several visits to get the repair done right. They always find a reason that the break down is not covered under warranty and you have t sell, it take several visits to get the repair done right. They always find a reason that the break down is not covered under warranty and you have to pay, yet when you call Porsche Cars North America they say the Dealer should have done the work under warranty and that they will get you a refund. I wonder how many people pay the bill and never call Porsche and get there money back . More
