Champion Porsche - Service Center

Let's face it , I ordered a new key on the Dec. 10th was told it would be in 5 to 7 days and I would receive a call to set up programing of key. Never got a call, all for$ 680, just for the key. On the 23rd I called, and was told it was received the week prior, with no explanation on why I wasn't called. After leaving a message with service on the 23rd no call back. On the 26th I finally got some help from the woman who took my call and she lived up to her promise to ensure that Dave Feldman would follow up with me, of which he did. Coming up from Adventura, I was told it should take about an hour to program. 2 hours later of waiting in the showroom, Dave came to me and said the key was not good and a new one needs to be ordered. DAVE Feldman, was nothing more than the messenger. I now need to wait another 5 to 7 days for my 3rd trip up to Champion. Not to mention that this key replacement will cost an additional 300 for service. I guess with great success there will always be cracks!. Very discouraging experience overall! More
