I was extremely surprised and disappointed by this service from Porsche. There were no updates provided unless I called. The repair took far longer than originally estimated, and not even a car was pr service from Porsche. There were no updates provided unless I called. I had initially stated I did not need a car because the repair estimate was 2 days, but it ultimately took almost 3 weeks. When the repair was elongated, I was told there were no cars available anymore due to the holidays.. There were never any apologies for the delays or lack of communication. I am extremely disappointed by the lack of clear communication, updates, and courtesy calls from Champion Porsche. More
While the service itself was executed properly, I found the scheduling process to be excessively lengthy. Furthermore, the service advisor did not inform me that a routine service would take more than a day to complete; in fact, I was assured, "I will call you later today" as I left. I sent the service advisor four text messages that day without receiving any response. It wasn't until the following day, after I reached out again, that I finally received a call. During this conversation, the service advisor mentioned that he had informed me my vehicle would not be ready that same day, despite the fact that I dropped it off before 9 AM. I requested that he arrange for the vehicle to be delivered to my home, which is only ten minutes from the dealership, and he agreed, albeit reluctantly. This level of communication falls short of what I would expect from a luxury brand like Porsche. I hope that my next experience will be significantly improved. More
It’s not often that I feel the need to write about my experiences at places but I’m making the exception here so that no one ever comes to this dealership. The way I was treated I wouldn’t wish on my worst enemies. I unfortunately brought my Porsche Cayenne to get looked at after getting a couple of estimates for some repairs at a few Porsche Certified Mechanics. This dealership left me hanging for 3 weeks…. 3 weeks with no updates no hello we know you’re still waiting. Nothing. To make matters worse they belittled me, argued with me, didn’t care about me in the slightest. They agreed to have their manager call me they promised me she would. She never even bothered to call me all that time. Then on top of all of that, they were $15k more expensive than the last mechanic wanted to charge me. Hold on a second? What? I wholeheartedly believe that this dealership, as shady as they were acting, vandalized my vehicle in order to extort more money out of me. How does a repair estimate grow by $15k and they didn’t even start taking it apart? A place like this is a stain on the Porsche brand, it’s a sorry excuse for a dealership. I mean you might expect this from some junk brands but Porsche? I have owned BMW, Lexus, Mercedes etc I’ve always been treated correctly and taken care of but if this is how Porsche treats their customers then I will be going back to those other brands. More

A Low Beam alert on my Macan came up during the holidays. I reached out to my service advisor, Drew Breneman, who worked very hard to fit me in as they were quite busy at the Champion Porsche in Pompano, Fl. She was able to get me in and I waited for my car. She did manage my expectations as we were not sure what the diagnosis was going to be. I got there early in the morning and she took my car right away. She kept me apprised during the inspection and once she found out what the problem was, contacted me to ensure it was OK to proceed given the cost of the replacement bulb. Drew is very courteous, knowledgeable, honest and will not lead you astray. The entire service team is very helpful and kind. The service area is always clean and the lounge area is aesthetically pleasing. I always take my car to this dealership for service. More
