I worked with Manfred Muller and he is such a professional, would definitely recommend him. The car was received even earlier then scheduled and as i requested. I tried to work twice with The Collection but they don't really care about customers, they didn't even paid attention to what we where asking so we choose the Campion Porsche and i am so glade we did it. Still the best My prior review is below. I just took delivery of another car from Champion and can confirm once again they are still the best. The entire process w My prior review is below. I just took delivery of another car from Champion and can confirm once again they are still the best. The entire process was seamless from start to finish and the car was 100% exactly as per my request. Everything I said previously is still true. The best sales, the best service, the best experience. Don't bother going elsewhere. Go to Champion. Ask for Bruno. Enjoy life. I am a repeat customer and would not have gone back if my experience was not perfect. If you are serious about buying a Porsche this is the place to go. Bruno, my sales expert is extremely knowledgeable, patient, and goes out of his way to make sure every customer is satisfied. I am a perfectionist when it comes to my cars and there is no other place I will go for service. They are also actively involved with the PCA and other organizations. This is truly the place to buy and service a Porsche. More

General UNEDUCATED Manager TONY I was interested in purchasing a new 911 Carrera S Cabriolet. I have bought 4 previous Porsches but in a Dealer in Miami, THE COLLECTION where the ser I was interested in purchasing a new 911 Carrera S Cabriolet. I have bought 4 previous Porsches but in a Dealer in Miami, THE COLLECTION where the service and attention is more than excellent, but unfortunately they don't had any 911 available with the characteristics I was looking for, and if I order it, will take from 4 to 6 month to get the car. That was the reason I was looking for the car in other dealers. So I visit CHAMPION Porsche, but I did not find the combination I was looking for. But I saw a 2014 911 Turbo Cabriolet, that I fall in love with. It was sold. The sales person states that some times the buyer has a problem or changes his mind so the car could be available, that if I'm interested I should leave my contact information. They always treat me excellent and very polite. A week later they call me, informing that car was available, so I reserve the car with my credit card, and a week later I pickup the car. Again the sales person and rest of staff were very educated and polite. The day I pick up the car from CHAMPION the sales person give me some basic instructions of the car, with the emotion of my first convertible 911 Turbo I do not even cheek the car in detail. Next day my soon saw a small defect on the roof top, like a 3mm scratch on the fabric. That day the driver seat was not working properly, the lumbar was totally out and was not coming back. So I take the car to the dealer and I forgot to mention the small roof issue. Then I mention it by phone to the sales person, he told me that next time they would take care of it. So 1 week later the dealer sends a Truck to pick up my car in order to install a front protective film and a radar. I indicate to the driver and he communicates my note to the service provider, Doug. Everybody was so polite always and interested in giving a good service. When they finish the work they inform me that they will return my car with the truck and that I need to go back in a week to meet with a Porsche representative in order to cheek the issue on roof top. I was concern because the scratch has been getting bigger. A week later the day they schedule the appointment I was there with the Porsche representative. He examines with a jeweler lent the scratch and the told me that warranty will not change the roof top. At the beginning I argue with him, how Porsche cannot change the roof if scratch was there. So he explain me that he can only authorize to change it if is a manufacture problem. From that point of view he was right that was not a manufacture problem. Then I explain him how I find out about the scratch. Then the service manager approach and explain me that they believe that could be done by a cat, and that since is not a manufacture issue he can not help me, that I should talk to the sales person. Sales person never appears; instead the sales manager came and hears my story. He ask me if I check the car at delivery, I respond, just look overall is a new car, is a Porsche dealer. I explained him that I just want them to repair the scratch. He respond that he could not make a decision in that, that he will call the General Manager Tony Sciple. When the GM came, without saying hello, he asked; what you want? Repair the roof? I cannot repair the roof, is nothing we can do for you here. I'm not going to replace the rooftop neither, is too expensive. My sales person told me that the car was perfect at delivery, so you can go to your insurance and make a claim. I only asked him? Are you sure that you are the General Manager? is a shame for Porsche, I turn around and leave, I can not discuss with animals. If I stay for one more second I will kick his mouth for been so uneducated and unprofessional. How can Porsche hire as a Manager so uncivilized, uneducated individual, with no manners and on top insulting customers? But thinking on the circumstances, I asked my self ? could be posible that the reason that the car was available, was that who order the car first inspect it with a "Jewelers Lent" and find the scratch... I went in with a cashiers check for the full asking price to buy a 2013 Cayenne to replace my H2 that just died after 10 years of great service. The sales man Marco G. was great and tried to earn a living se to buy a 2013 Cayenne to replace my H2 that just died after 10 years of great service. The sales man Marco G. was great and tried to earn a living selling me the car but the GM or owner wanted to see why I have my BMW financed and wanted to see the title to my other cars. I financed my BMW for a business loan to help build a new business' credit FYI! Other than that, I just paid cash for my girlfriends ML350 ($68K) 2 months prior. After I go through all the hoops for this idiot for 3 hours, he ends up selling the car to someone else when I had cash in hand. How they are the #1 volume dealer is beyond me. I will NEVER buy from them. I will go as far as contacting Porsche USA directly to let them know how they lost a new customer. Besides my H2 which was my weekend toy, I buy a new car every 2 years as my daily driver and pay cash dip$hits! Your loss Champion Porsche! If the dealer reads this perhaps he can educate himself on this fact: If I sell a car a month prior to visiting your dealership, there will not be a record of that car on my vehicle history report. So if you see me in a $75K BMW and my records show I have clear title to a 2013 $65k benz, I think I should warrant a little attention when I am holding a cashiers check for the full asking price of a Cayenne. Oh, and it smelled like horse $hit right in front of the door as you walked in. I should have taken that as a sign of what the service would be and gone elsewhere. More
After reading some of the other reviews I felt compelled to speak up about this dealer. I have purchased three new vehicles from Champion in the past 10 years. I've dealt with their sales, service and parts to speak up about this dealer. I have purchased three new vehicles from Champion in the past 10 years. I've dealt with their sales, service and parts staff as well as the owner. These are good people and always treat me right. They are and have been the number one Porsche dealer for many years. I live in south Miami and would rather drive the 50 miles to Champion than deal with my local Porsche dealer. Some of the other reviews made me laugh. They have a very nice lounge if you prefer to wait for your car while its being serviced. There is coffee, tea and fresh fruit (which made my daughter very happy) and some really nice Porsche items for sale in the boutique. I find them first class all the way. Price wise, it's Porsche, not Hyundai. Don't go in there expecting a $19.95 oil change. If you can't afford the service maybe you should be driving something else. More
Nice place and generally nice people, but my salesperson was disappointing. Larry Reynolds was a complete turn off in the entire process. Sadly a little too full of himself, too opinionated and too arro was disappointing. Larry Reynolds was a complete turn off in the entire process. Sadly a little too full of himself, too opinionated and too arrogant. The "owners son" aimlessly wanders around looking to make himself useful by appraising cars. Not very professional. More
Horrible Experience! Over the course of two and a half Horrible Experience! Over the course of two and a half hours (when we were quoted one hour), I personally witnessed: 1. a Porsche employee refer to another customer as a "F***ing A**hole" so loudly that everyone in the waiting room heard this clearly and felt very uncomfortable. 2. another customer was physically assaulted (not kidding) by a Porsche employee and called the police. 3. another customer had been waiting for an hour and a half before asking what was taking so long... the employee then informed her that they had ordered the wrong tire and it would take another hour or so. In addition to these ridiculous and unacceptable behaviors, the waiting area was dirty, with cups and wrappers lying around, the TV kept randomly changing channels when customers were watching (apparently the parts guy prefers watching tennis and soccer instead of news), and the reading materials were haphazardly strewn about. This was similar to previous experiences I have had with this dealership (save for the physical assault... that was new). Needless to say I will NOT be returning. More

He explained to me from boot to bonnet about the vehicle. I was fascinated by the stories he had told about his own experiences with Porsche. He made the vehicle buying experience pleasant, I did not feel rushed and the communication was outstanding. I can appreciate someone who is willing to make a long-term customer rather than “just selling a car”! L. S from Fort lauderdale More
