Bradley James is a very professional and friendly adviser. The car was ready as he indicated and the job was well done. They handed me the car very clean. I have been dealing with Champion since 2001. Always have great experiences and my advisor Doug is awesome. This last visit was challenging due to weather delays with flooding. I have had two bad experiences with the Service Department. I brought in the car (a 2020 Macon S still under warranty) for (1) an inaccurate speedometer and (2) an annoying rattle on acceleration. Department. I brought in the car (a 2020 Macon S still under warranty) for (1) an inaccurate speedometer and (2) an annoying rattle on acceleration. The first time they misdiagnosed speedometer issue, saying it was off because I had the wrong size tires (even though the tires on the vehicle were an approved optional size), and said they could not replicate the rattle so it couldn't be addressed. I brought the car in again several months later because the speedo is still off with four new (properly sized) tires, and the rattle remains. They now say the speedometer is off because Porsche wants it to read several MPH fast. They also said they identified and fixed the annoying rattle. But when I got in the car the rattle was still there, as verified by their QC rep during a "post repair" ride along. I now have to bring the car in a third time. Between the first two visits they've had my car more than two weeks (and no loaner was available either time even though I had made appointments) and the original issues persist. And to top it off they don't even seem to care. No apologies. No explanations or assurances that they will make it right. Just "bring it back next week and we will look at it again." I have owned Porsches for many years all over the country and have never experienced such poor service. More
