I booked online for the first time for 9 a. m. It was only when I arrived at Champion that I discovered that it was a drop-off and that I would have to return at 5:30 p.m. to get the car. As I d m. Yesterday I arrived as agreed at 7:45 am, with the “guarantee” that it wouldn’t take more than an hour and 30 minutes. At 10 am, having not received any phone call informing me that the car was ready (or not), I decided to return to Champion, as the car would certainly be ready. I had to wait another two long hours to get the car back. Despite the excellent service and quality of service offered, I was very disappointed. Next time I will drop it off and I will not have false expectations. More

Called to get an appointment to get my Cayenne’s battery checked. I was given a date for 3 weeks after. We took the car and work started another 3 weeks after. So, I had to drive a cramped Macan for a month. They told me they didn’t have Cayenne loaners but during that month I saw 2 different ones on the street with their own Champions delearship sticker. Finally, I had to pay $2700 to replace the battery. Outrageous. I don’t think I’m likely to buy another Porsche when I replace this one. More
