This was one of the worst experiences that we have had purchasing a car, especially a certified car. Or, what was supposed to be certified. This dealer did not take care of all that they should have. When we received the car, there were issues not disclosed. THOUSANDS of dollars of issues. These were not minor. (We purchased it from another state, received via freight.) When I asked the sales rep about the issues, I was told that, in a nut shell, the dealer did not fix some of the things that were under warranty because it comes out of their pocket and that I would have to deal with taking it to a Porsche dealership in my area to turn in for warranty work. Complete xx! I have bought a lot of Certified cars from other luxury automakers and dealerships and have never been told such a thing. Then, when we were expecting to have received the car and it did not show up and no updates from the sales guy or the dealership, I was told that the dealer was fixing damage on the bumper. No notification from the sales rep that something had happened nor that the car was not going to ship out on time. I found this out from the freight carrier. Completely unprofessional of the sales guy and dealership. And, might I mention, that place that they "fixed" is already peeling off. Totally shotty work. When we finally did receive the car, it was shipped with only one key. When I asked where the key was, I was told some xx story that the key was mistakenly given to someone else and that they would track the key down. Nope nope. After my pestering them many times, they finally ordered a replacement key. I did receive it. Thank goodness. But now I am left to pay my local dealership to pair it to the car. I would NEVER buy a car from this dealership again. Do not recommend. More
