Everyone they’re very nice and professional. I do have a hard time with the idea I have to drop the car off and then wait two weeks for it to be looked at. And then not offered a loaner especial I do have a hard time with the idea I have to drop the car off and then wait two weeks for it to be looked at. And then not offered a loaner especially when I’m bringing in a car under factory warranty. Also after four weeks of not having the car I come to find out there is a bulletin out that says the coolant may leak from heat or excess pressure in the system.
