No major issues. Doug has been my service rep for many years, through many different vehicles. Always delivers what he promises. Only minor concern is that it seems that every time I get my car back, I have to reset the seat memory and the climate controls. Just an annoyance, not a big deal, but thought I'd mention it. I would be over the top happy if they charged the (Hybrid) battery when I picked it up, but again, not a big deal. More
